Calling the Sender or Another Recipient

This feature is not yet public.

You can launch an audio or video conference with an E-Mail's sender or recipient by calling the sender or recipient.

Prerequisite: You have set up an account with an audio or video conference provider, e.g. Zoom, Jitsi

How to call an email's sender or recipient:

Select an email.

Click on the sender or on a recipient in the detail view. A pop-up opens.

An icon below the name indicates the contact's presence status.

In the pop-up, click the Call icon. In the menu, click on an audio or video conference provider, e.g. Zoom. The window for calling the contact opens. Click on Call.
